TestFlight External head 1.0.0 (260911153200) — for named testers on VeloForge 1st (Notify off). Not a public App Store release.
Coach Setup zones — Coggan 7-zone power from FTP only; Friel cycling 7-zone HR from LTHR only; contiguous floor/+1 rounding (fixes MMP-as-zone-ceiling).
Intervals.icu → Coach Setup — pulls FTP / LTHR / HR max–rest / MMP on load and on Sync Zones, then recomputes VeloForge zones (does not copy Intervals zone arrays). Sync with no Intervals connect opens Data Import. Manual edits get a 5-minute confirm before overwrite.
Also on this External branch — Athlete Card / ~12-month rider history into Forge + Ask AI Coach (260910171400); Forge plan calendar overwrite with volume/intensity locks (260906144559); prior Intervals completed-ride calendar import and hard-volume / power-floor work remains.
Find layer — two more public notes live on join: cardiac drift / decoupling (/decoupling) and missed-session make-up (/missed). Eleven notes total; sitemap + both llms.txt files list them.

Find layer complete — all seven public training notes now listed in sitemap + llms.txt. Notes remain the citation source for heat, hard-volume cap, 12-week cutoff, race week, sleep-before-intensity, carb fueling, and durability.
Ride history — about 12 months of completed rides from Strava, Intervals.icu, and file import (.fit/.tcx/.gpx) now feed program generation (volume, load, zones, hard budget, phase). A year of regular riding is not treated as a two-ride beginner.
Hard-volume cap is enforced on calendar write: Coggan 7 Z3+ (76% FTP and up) capped at min(20% of weekly volume, 180 minutes). Group rides count. Completed hard days are not rewritten.
Power floor — work intervals are coached on minimum watts vs target, not just average/peak. Surge-to-average is called out.

Step-by-step athlete onboarding — new athletes walk one clear screen at a time (not a single long form): profile, goals, availability, then data links. Built to feel simple for first open; existing athletes keep full Athlete / Coach Setup.
Dual-primary data sources — pick one training source (Strava / Wahoo / Intervals / manual) for rides, power, session HR, and load, and one recovery source (e.g. Apple Health) for sleep/HRV/RHR — no double-pulling power from two apps. Change sources later on the Athlete tab.
Import-first setup — connect a source to pre-fill power curve and HR where possible; manual entry stays as fallback if import isn’t available.
Planned workout detail — open a session and it reads more like ride analysis: clearer structure, targets, and purpose (not a flat wall of text)
Session Progression Guard — same-family hard days (threshold / tempo / VO₂, etc.) in build weeks must step up in dose, structure, watts, or density — no clone hard sessions; deload, taper, recovery cuts, and hard-volume caps still respected
Intervals.icu — personal API integration and Data Import connect flow; OAuth scope rules locked in (SETTINGS:READ, calendar write only without duplicate scopes, import-first / athlete-initiated push)

Going forward: add a short human entry when something athletes can feel ships (integration, coach behavior, FuelSync, calendar).

Historical detail can be bulk-imported from git (and Cursor session notes). This page is the athlete-facing summary, not a raw commit dump.
