1. Service

VeloForge provides an AI-powered cycling coaching platform. Access is provided on a subscription basis. Your $1 trial gives full access for 7 days, after which your subscription continues at $29/month unless cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your trial ends to avoid being charged. After billing begins, you may cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when setting up your profile
• Use the platform for personal training purposes only
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Consult a medical professional before starting any training program

4. Health Disclaimer

VeloForge provides training guidance based on data you provide. We are not a medical service. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning or modifying a training program, especially if you have any medical conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems — ForgeBlocks™, Load Index™, Adaptive Volume Engine™, Recovery Intelligence™, ZoneLock™, RacePhase™, FuelSync™, and StrengthSync™ — are the intellectual property of VeloForge. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

VeloForge is provided "as is." We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the platform. Training guidance is informational and not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of VeloForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
